We asked my sister Madeline to come over to babysit while we went out to celebrate. Since the weather couldn't have been more perfect, we rode our bikes to the Monon Trail then stopped at Bub's for a burger and a beer. We sat outside and chatted about some of our favorite memories from the past 10 years and just enjoyed each other's company.
Then we walked a few more minutes down the trail to check out a local brewery that one of the guys that Paul works with told him about. It was a perfect little outdoor hang out place. There was live music, local beer, and the most uncomfortable chairs known to man!
They played a few older classics...even a Brittany Spears hit!
I am one lucky gal! Cheers to 5 more decades together!!!
